The free stuffs

Freshers' Fayre in Nottingham I guess is sort of a big activity. So for sure it's a not to be missed event for us who are already in Nottingham. :)

It was so packed inside like squashed tomato or pancake or whatever stuffs that it gets frustrating at certain times. No photos inside cause I don't even have enough hand to hold my free stuffs. :P

After we gave up on walking, we went for some fresh air outside and rest our poor little legs.

This was day 2 free stuffs. Day 1 was 8 times more than this.

There just had to be times self taken photos must be taken since the scenery and the experience is there. : 0

Dinner at flat

Eating is a..disorder here for me. Malaysia is..well, blessed with many flavours of food which I'm already missing now. Since I'm nowhere near home, we cooked our Malaysian style food here in our flat. :)
(At least that brings me a tiny bit nearer to home..)

Today's menu was...
1. Onion omelette
2. Mixed veges (again, again and again..you'll know why when you scroll down)
3. Cauliflower with button mushrooms (I tell you, this was great! Seriously..)
4. Chicken!! (And this surprisingly came out very very good!)

Yesterday's menu was..
1. Mixed veges (again?)
2. Buttered cauliflower
3. Tomato omelette
4. Turkey and chicken 'steaks' ( I forgot what's it called..so 'steak' it shall be..)

Day before yesterday menu was..
1. Fried potato
2. Spaghetti and the spiral stuff
(Basically that's all but the sauce was quite inedible...Tasted weird)

Day before 'day before yesterday' menu was..
1. Mixed veges (for the very first time..)
2. Some roasted oven ready chicken
3. Mashed potato

(Tsk tsk..everyone was hungry we can't wait to eat..)

We're glad the mixed veges are all used up! Next veges please! : )

Broadmarsh

Shops here in the UK closes VERY VERY VERY VERY early.

There's nothing much to look around except to find some late minute stuffs for cooking later at night.

Ah, the cheapest store in town. 99p, tell me where else can you find? If got, please bring me there ya. My toblerones also buy from here at 66p per bar.

Was just wondering would this be any fun?

Big Day Out at Nottingham Castle. Phew. Sounds cool to me. :)

Sainsbury

Shopping is great, even for groceries.

And so we walked to Sainsbury to get as much as we could. Better maximize the buying power rather than walking back and forth for purchase.

Both of them are chatting rather happily about war, his ex gf, race discrimination, etc. etc.
(It's rather hilarious..we were questioning Bing whether probably she looks like his ex gf..tsk tsk)

My pink sandals. My truly.

Pink jacket top. My truly truly.

And the truly is ME. : )
(Sorry, I don't get what I mean to say also..)

And so Sainsbury became a very good companion for groceries shopping for us that we went there like 3-4 times a week. It's crazy I know, but that's the gist.

2nd round we went there we jumped on our feet shrieking when we saw this cute little darling.

Oh shit..she's so adorable!!

Bing's chatting companion is back..too bad Bing was not with us at that time.

Nottingham City

This is my first trip to the city by Bus #36! I say it's fascinating! It's...(let the pictures speak themselves..)

The first thing I captured when I step foot on Nottingham City.

Corner lot Miss Selfridge. Very cun.

Must have Self portrait.

This one while standing on the street don't know what to do so just snap.

This building seems a lil run down but well..

the tram so happen to pass by...

I think this building is pretty awesome. Very architecture. Very...very..just very..

So beautiful right? Shophouses, bazaar, street...

people, food....

and US. :)

Violin man.

Oh and Wilkinson, the first shop I started buying my stuffs. A big bottle of shower for only 47p. Cheap like what. And the bottle is BIG. maybe 1 or 1.5 litres.

And that's when I call it a day.
