2010 Nottingham Robin Hood Beer fest!

Ale or no ale fan? Anyhow, should just come and try out the selection of beers from all over the country, presenting a whopping 800 different casks of real ale. Well if you're a no ale fan, there's a wide selection of ciders, perries and country wines to sample.

10pounds for entrance fees, you get a glass and 2 tokens.

Many food stalls available, from german hotdogs to curry, to thai cuisine to BBQ unique. Pick your choice.

We headed up to the castle to the ale brewery..

Hundreds of ale casket for you to choose from.

And the crowd? People mountain people sea. 人山人海

Not all ales are nice but some are pretty good. Here I'm drinking Black Mari'a 4.2%
-Wholesome jet black stout with a fruity finish-
Bluffer, liar

A token for half pint

And then it rained quite heavily, which forced us to move under shelter into a dark pitch area where there's limited lighting. Eating in the dark you say.

And Cheers! We all had our ales! Have you?
